Boden returns

Can anyone tell me what happens when you return something to Boden. Do they notify you to say they received it or do they just apply a credit to your card and how long rought does it take?

I sent a dress back a week ago and have heard nothing.

Granard - By any chance are you posting from Ireland (just from your name!) If so it can take up to 2 weeks. And they email you when they receive the returned item, the credit normally appears on your bill a few days after that email

I believe the returns dept is very busy at the moment anyway so that may account for the delay. I too am waiting for returns to be credited to my account [hsmile]

Have just now checked online banking & credit has been applied to credit card but I still haven't heard a word from Boden.

Such a shame that their quality isn't better. I loved the tunic I bought but quality was truly shocking.

I find it varies. Some returns are processed in a few days and I get an email
others take weeks and I don't hear a thing
That said, their customer service team is fab. I have rung up and they have refunded items without seeing my proof of postage. But I do buy a lot am a very loyal customer
