Where can I get nice boots like these but in leather?

I'm looking for some new boots for winter. Preferably in brown, and ankle/mid calf for wearing with jeans. Small heel. I have v. thin calves and they often look like wellies on me.
I still regret not buying these when they were £90 last year.

I love the style of these ones but they're all in synthetic and I'd like leather. Or is synthetic ok?

Should I be looking for biker boots??

Why don't you wait till just before Xmas and buy them in the sale this year. You know will always still want them whatever you buy as a replacement.
I bought the tall Atrus in the sale and they are really comfy.

How are they on the calf? Will the strap tighten them up a bit or will it look stupid/pucker etc? (I know yours is knee but hopefully YKWIM.)
