I've been looking at the Barbours because I'm fed of of getting soaking wet on the school run. Does anyone know if the new range of 'waterproof breathable' coats really are waterproof in heavy rain. Or do I need to buy a traditional waxed jacket. Advice welcome. I'm only 5 foot and a size 14 apple shape btw.
