White Stuff what is the fit like?

I am normally a 10, thinking of ordering a couple of White stuff skirts- how do they measure up?-I am a short arse petite 5ft 3 are the skirts ok length wise?

Their denim skirts are huge. I have a 10 and a 12 (and I'm an 11 usually) and both are really, really loose at teh waist

Size down- I am normally a smallish 12 and 10 more than fine. I think the skirts generally sit quite long as well (at 5 foot 7 their knee length are normally on or below my knee). Maybe try for shorter styles and tunics, they have lots.

I am normally a 12-14 in any other clothes but bought a White Stuff Tunic recently in a size 8!!!

Mmmm a flattering fit then -sounds as though the skirts won't do for me-will look again

They do do some shorter skirts, I have an above knee one from them you just have to check. I'm 5'3" and short legged too so you might luck out!

I recently bought a grey velvet mini from them which is nice (I'm also 5 3 and it's not ridiculously short).

Well, I just bought a skirt in my normal size and it's fine. If I order online, I find the reviews useful - they usually give clues regarding fit - for tops I usually size down.

I find their sizes are all over the place. Some skirts a little big, some just right. Most cardigans way too small, most tops too big, so I have to size down.

They vary. I bought two skirts in two different sizes the other day. Similar style. Both for me. Both fit nicely

sizing is big. i am a 12 and even a 10 in white stuff is plenty big enough on me.

Their stuff is very long- I have 2 tunics that I wear (quite decently) as dresses... I am 5'0".

Their 10 is also roomy on me (definitely not a 10 atm... more 12)

Their skirts are quite big (well they're designed to sit on the hips mostly tbh), but I find the tops are a bit random. I'm a 10-12, but have bought 10s, 12s and 14s from them in the last year.

Order two sizes and return one?

I agree with TheNextMrsDracula order an 8 and a 10 and see which one fits best. They should fall just below your knees. Skirts size 8 usually fit a waist of 25inches and Hips of 35inches; a size 10 fits a waist of 27 inches and hips of 37 inches. I hope this helps [hsmile]
