Whats the best......

Probs been done lots of times before but what is the best moisturiser and exfoliator for dry skin? Dont really want to spend over £20 on each but will concider if a little more and its good.

Also recently dyed my hair lots as the colour wasnt right its now dry and falling out a bit. What shampoo and conditioner would you recommend?

Remember the Horizon prog about No 7 protect & perfect? When Prof Regan tested colour protecting shampoos/conditioners they actually made a difference.
Have been trying to google which one she used but can't find it, sorry.
It's on Horizon from 2007.

I now use L'Oreal Elvive - for highlights. But would prob use the one in the red packaging for dark hair.
