Ok I need a core wardrobe for the winter, I have the following

4 Pairs black boots
2 pair brown boots
1 pair red boots
1 short black duffle coat
1 med long military style coat
4 poncho's
3 pairs black leggings
1 pair grey leggings
1 Short black dress
3 pairs blue jeans

I like tailored clothes smart casual and am 5 foot 1" 8 stone slim, very pale skin and dark brown hair
I wear a uniform at work so that is ok but spend a lot of the time on the floor with dc
and wear to much black
So ladies what do I need to buy I give you my £300

A knitted tunic to wear with your leggings? Check out white stuff, Boden, Monsoon...

A boyfriend cardigan also goes well with leggings and slim jeans ... I really like the Boden one this season and I am a similar size to you - order the 6 or 8 as they come up big.

Do you have some basic tops in neutral colours that you can use for layering?

A jersey dress that can be dressed up or down is also good. I recently got a nice one from French Connection which I have had lots of compliments on.

A Denim skirt can also make a change from jeans - Gap has a nice one

Don't forget that you can accessorise what you have with nice scarves, beads, jewellery etc

Thanks guys I am so excited I would just go out and pick things I like up so a list is needed [dp also gave me a nice amount of £ with the words 'I guess if you are getting clothed you had better have cash for nice undies as well' he is the best
