[Dunce alert] How do I claim 'free' returns from Boden?

I have a free delivery/returns code that the dress was bought on, I want to send it back. Do I post, include the packing note, and they refund me plus the cost of the stamps? Or do I need to do more? Thanks - I realise this sounds dumb!

I just sent back a couple of skirts, there was a returns label in the package which said 'postage paid on delivery' or summat. In any case I took it to the PO and they didn't charge me anything!

If you bought the dress with a free returns offer then it should have come with a pre-paid postage sticker in the parcel. If you haven't got one then ring them and they should send you one out to use.
