Suggestions on how to accessorise a black dress for a wedding

I've finally found a plain black satin dress to wear to a friend's wedding next month.

Can someone give me some suggestions on how to accessorise it?

I have black patent heels which match it nicely and also have a tan pair which could go - not sure about wearing too much black with it. I could do pearl earrings with cream bangles and the black heels. Or buy some metallic jewellery and heels. Am really not sure though. It is a traditional wedding but not overly formal. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Have to add, I'm not really a colour person. i tend to stick to black, navy, neutrals, metallics! I could be convinced of adding some colour though I suppose Grin

Camel is very in. How about a camel pashmina, matching bag and stunning sparkly necklace. Would also go with your tan shoes.

bright red fascinator + bright red shoes or bag.
