Are fleeces uncool?

yes - they are uncool in that they are v warm. that's why people wear them.

Fleece jackets you mean?
You couldn't move for fleece jackets five years ago but I think they've finally had their day thank God! I find them really hot and stifling, however I can understand why everyone loved them as they are showerproof and light.

I've got a fish-tail parka type thing which is made of thin, barbour style material but is dark brown. I love it. I think it's cool. But I'm not cool any more so there you go.
