good makes of leather bags - brown satchel style

I would like to treat myself to a good, well-made, stylish brown leather satchel style bag. Not interested in a label, but am interested in quality etc. Ideally something big - that would even do as an overnight bag.

what is a decent manufacturer/make? not necessarily trendy, but good quality and not stupidly priced.

I'm sure there were a whole lot in last weekend's Times.....

There are some lovely ones here but they sell out fast. I recently bought my husband one and it's really nice and he's had lots of compliments.

Check out urban outfitters. If there is a mulberry outlet near you then you may get lucky!
