I ordered 2 bags on Friday and I have heard nothing.

The order says processed but has not moved.

i had a fake replica chloe paddington off them last year, it took about 10 days i think. i found them excellent, they gave me a DHL (i think it was) tracking number so i could see exactly where it was in the world. also friends have ordered off there and been fine. they are not dodgy i promise. my bag was fab as well. which ones have you ordered?

hmmm...not sure what to suggest, i am sure i got my tracking number within about 5 days iirc. have you tried logging into your account on their page?

oooohh beverly i really want an alexa too! in tan. yeah i mentioned above, i bought a chloe paddington last summer, and it was fab, just like the real thing and really good quality leather and hardware. wait and see if ruthie's arrives first though
