Talk to me about good hair, please

I don't think I've ever had a really good hair cut which suits me.

I'm very grey, but in a very unflattering stripey sort of way, so have had years worth of highlights which have now gone even more stripey and unflattering.

At the moment I'm channelling Justin Lee Collins with my hair style. I need help!

pay for a good cut- get some recommendations-, some intensive conditioning treatments in salon and some good quality porducts at home.

I would be inclined to chop it off and start again!
