FitFlop Boots?

Hi. I have been looking everywhere for a comfy,go-with-everything,smart yet casual pair of Winter boots.Really for everyday,school run,park etc.I have never bought Fitflops,but saw these in shop today,in beige colour.So comfortable,and cute on.I really liked them,wondered what everyone else thought?

Are FF boots a similar sizing to their toe-posts? I’m a wide size 5, and thong fitflops are perfect, but want comfy boots and don’t knw if I need a 5 or (my usual for most boots) 6 in these.

Help /advice appreciated!
