Have I made a mistake with this dress?

Bought it for Baptism, but after seeing the tights thread realised I don't want to go bare legged, I have either silvery grey shoes or black patent to wear with it.

Can I wear tights with it and what colour??

thick black tights and heeled boots or sheer tights and black matt heels?

I would say grey tights and grey heels, or nude fishnets and maybe nude heels?

Any of the above, or even bright red tights?

I would personally go for thick grey or nude, with black shoes.

I just remembered I bought these shoes a couple of weeks ago so maybe them with some black or grey tights.
