Anyone had thread vein removal?

I've just started to get a few thread veins on my nose and cheeks and I'm considering having them removed. As far as I can see, there's a cheaper method that involves needles (eek!) and a more expensive version that uses lasers.

Has anyone tried it? And are there any potential downsides (e.g. risk of scarring?)

I have a friend who had some veins removed on either side of her nose. It worked perfectly and I looked hard when she told me! She had it done years ago. Not lasers. Cost her about £25 a vein. She's never looked back.

Thanks Jux...I was worried that someone would come back with a horror story, so great to know that it's worked for someone!

Ggirl - checked out the website and it does look amazing. They do it in Leeds which isn't too bad for me, so I may give them a go!
