Or is it prescription only?

Can you buy it on the internet?

If all answers are no, what cream should I buy for my spots and wrinkles?

Retin A is great for spots and anti ageing. I would suggest you get it from a dermatologist of aesthetic nurse as it is a prescription medicine. It can have side effects such as red peeling skin for the first few weeks of use. Also must not be used in pregnancy or breast feeding and you must stay out of the sun and use SPF while using it.
I bet you could buy it off the internet but I wouldnt advise it as you won't kmow what you are getting and you won't know what strength to buy. You need some expert advice before putting something this strong on your face.

Prescription only I thought.

I used to use Retin-ox and found it worked really well as a moisturiser and kept my skin glowing. Then after a gap of a couple of years it made my face sore when I bought a new pack so......try a sample maybe?

I have used the 0.01% Gel for acne and that is good. I got it from an online pharmacy in Bury www.medical-specialists.co.uk
