Confused about thiis Boden return

Sorry being a bit dim.

Bought 2 X trousers at £21 each with £10 off so payed £32,sending 1 pair back.

Head starting to spin is it £16 or £10 I need to put down as a refund?

I think you will have to pay £21 for the pair you are keeping as you no longer qualify for the £10 off so a refund of £11.

i think apple is right. if not you pay half of £32 so £16 a pair/refunded.

They will charge you full price for the pair that you keep, that is what they did with my account.

Keep a close eye on refunds though. I used the same discount and purchased 2 items. Intially returned a top that was unsuitable and got a refund less the £10. fair enough. Subsequently returned the other item as there was a stitching fault and got a refund but less £10 again. Rang up and complained andf they said this was a processing error!

So I put down £11????

The trousers were on offer at the time at £21,they better not charge me full price £30 for the ones I'm keeping.Is that likely?Don't mind loosing the £10 off but I hop e they honor the 20% off all trousers offer.

Soooo wish their sizes were better so you didn't have to order 2 sizes each time,tis a pain.

If it was '£10 off a £30 spend' offer you will have to pay full price for the item you keep.

If you want to exchange the second pair for a different size/colour they usually honour the discount.

Sorry, didn't see the bit about the 20% off, they will honour that bit.

Sorry, I was confused too. Thought they only let you use one offer with each purchase.
