Have just bought some Sloggi knickers, on offer at Debenhams. Why didn't anybody tell me how comfortable they are? They may be enormous and they may not be sexy but my goodness, I feel positively hugged by the softness of them!

Do they do bras to fit stupid nork sizes, does anybody know?

Gah - have you lot all known this for years then?

Or are you all still suffering in your thongs?

Don't hold it against me but there is a similar thread to this on the Woman and Home forum!!!! Yes Sloggi comfortable, but so are
elastic wait trousers.

southeastastra · 10/10/2010 22:25

the older you get, the larger the pant

BelligerentGhoul · 11/10/2010 19:39

:)

You mean elasticated waists aren't the done thing? Wink

DO they do bras for big norks or will it have to remain an unsatisfied desire now?

A slippery slope, dressing for comfort......

iwilldothis · 12/10/2010 11:57

BelligerentGhoul, wear your big knickers. Who cares? No one sees them anyway. Better than constantly having to tug at the skimpy ones when they get in a twist :)
Go try on some of their bras too.

readinginsteadnow · 12/10/2010 12:00

As a matter of interest/research, do they look even remotely ok, or are they in assence just big granny pants? I'm in serious need of an underwear overhaul, but I cant cant cant wear the same kind of knickers as my mum Grin. But I do need something that goes up over the c section overhang.

bythepowerofMN · 12/10/2010 12:02

but they feel very funny though, that's what put me off!

readinginsteadnow · 12/10/2010 12:04

What kind of funny?

bythepowerofMN · 12/10/2010 12:33

slippery kind of funny Hmm

readinginsteadnow · 12/10/2010 13:18

Err, you're not selling it to me!

notinmypocket · 12/10/2010 14:12

Responding to the bra question - they do bras, not sure up to which size though but I got a 38c
Blush everyone now knows my size..

BelligerentGhoul · 12/10/2010 17:26

Oh they deffo look like granny pants - but comfy granny pants! :)

Am a 32E, so I suspect they won't make lovely, soft, comfortable bras to fit me and enhance the pants further. :( :)
