in jersey cotton. I've just had a baby and need something loose yet flattering. They always seem like a good idea and then I try them on and feel differently! I am a curvy 14.

There's no such thing IMO....I'm sure a style guru will be along shortly to tell me I'm wrong...

FoghornLeghorn · 08/10/2010 13:35

Are there such things ?

Grumpyoldcaaaaaaaa · 08/10/2010 13:36

Don't exist HTH

vintage4 · 08/10/2010 13:50

have to agree.vile things but no doubt someone will point you in the right direction,Curvy 14 sound to as if you should be showing off your lovely figure rather than making it all shapeless

They are bloody comfy though. I wear them around the house :) Got some in Tesco for £10.

snoozathon · 10/10/2010 12:32

I keep trying them on in the hope they'll hide my massive bum, but I think they only suit skinnymalinks.

LC200 · 10/10/2010 14:34

Harem pants only serve to add masses of extra volume to your bum and thighs. Unless you are about 5 stone and have no bum, waist or hips, avoid, avoid, avoid.

M&S have some nice wide leg jersey trousers in at the mo. Really comfy, but the wide bottoms balance out the arse area ime. Not as trendy admittedly, but a lot more friendly.

tethersend · 10/10/2010 14:41

Oxymoron.

SoupDragon · 10/10/2010 14:51

What tethersend said.

ESpecially as you are a curvy 14. They look shite on tall, stick thin models, why do you think they'lll be flattering on you?

vintage4 · 10/10/2010 14:56
Shock
SoupDragon · 10/10/2010 15:11

what i mean is they look shit on the people hired to make clothes look good thus they will look shit on normal shaped people.

It doesn't read quite the same as it sounded in my dad! :o

SoupDragon · 10/10/2010 15:11

Head. Sounded in my head.

ScaryFucker · 10/10/2010 15:12

that is an an oxymoron, sorry

AllarmBells · 10/10/2010 15:12

Hammer Time :)

tethersend · 10/10/2010 15:29

How Freudian...
