Please style me for a hen weekend - Day AND eve! I haven't a clue!

I'm off for a hen weekend in November, there are 20-odd people going and I only really know two of them!
They are mainly professionals, bankers etc, really smart fashionable looking girls and I don't know of any that have had children yet.....(we are late 20s).

I myself, have 2 toddlers and I have worked for 7 years in a male dominated industry where we wear a uniform... so I feel I have completely lost my style sense! I rarely go out because I work late shifts. If I ever go out it is to the pub and my idea of dressing up is jeans tucked into biker boots! Daywear is jeans, converse, a hoody!

I really want to make an effort for this hen weekend and buy some nice bits. I feel a bit nervous not knowing many of the girls so I definitely don't want to 'stick out' clothes-wise.

We are having a nice lunch and cocktail making session in the day so I want a smartish-casual look for the day...... then we are off to a nightclub so I need something sexy/glamorous too! The other thing I'm worried about is November will be freezing.

I'm 27, fairly good shape, Size 10-12, about 5' 6". Fair colouring.

I absolutely cannot wear high heeled shoes of any kind as 7 years of wearing Doc Marten boots every day for work have kind of spread/flattened my feet out.

Please give me ideas for a day and an evening outfit, accessories etc. I've looked at magazines and I can't make any of it relate to me at all.

Thank you!
