What should my AW wardrobe basics be?

OK so I desperately need new autumn/winter clothes and have no idea where to start! Hopefully you lovely stylish ladies can help me figure out what I need to buy.

I didn't buy any clothes last winter apart from maternity stuff as was pregnant and looking at my stuff from 2 yrs ago makes me want to bag up my entire wardrobe and march it straight to the charity shop! It all seems very dated and boring.

I only have about £200 set aside for it so what should I buy as a capsule winter wardrobe? Have already bought a coat and have some nice straight leg dark jeans so don't need those. Maybe nice flat boots? Although probably expensive... I have black heeled calf length ones but not sure if anyone wears those any more. Oh and the big complication is that I am bfeeding so tunic dresses/ leggings type outfits are no good.

I am 30 and a size 10. Help!!
