Pussy bow blouses

Quite fancy trying/ buying one this Autumn as they look so feminine and vintage.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a lovely one?
I would prefer silk ad plain colour so could wear to work, maybe with a pencil skirt.

I have seen a Jigsaw one on e bay which looks quite nice so that's a possibility.
