Can anyone recommend a decent face tan thing

Hi there

OK so it is practically autumn and i am looking all washed out. Am a ginger so v fair skinned.

I have never used face tanning products before due to the worry of looking like an oompah loompah

so can anyone please recommend a fair tinted moisturiser or one of those moisturisers that gradually tint your face without looking orange!

I always use the St Tropez one for the face. Takes a couple of days to get me to the colour I like so no waking up next day with an orange bake

Be wary of cheaper products - your face skin is too precious. I had a terrible reaction to the Loreal Sublime stuff so learned that lesson the hard way. And definitely avoid anything that's for body AND face.

I'm sure the tanning chemicals are not good for very sensitive skin but if you've self tanned before and your skin is not too sensitive, then it should be ok.

Second vote for St Tropez every day tan. I use it every two or three days just to keep up a bit of colour - I have to use it as for some reason my face is always deathly white whilst the rest of my body is brown

gawd knows how my mum did it - me ginger, one sister blonde and the other brunette!!) We must have had an eclectic mix of milkmen in the 70s round our way!!
