Really Thick Jumpers

My very picky husband needs a new very thick jumper. The problem is that they all have zips or buttons or something on the collar and he will only wear crew necks. The plainer the better.

I have looked in M&S, Debenhem's, even BHS and they all over some sort of collar thing. Or they aren't very thick.

Any ideas?

not sure- just offering ideas.

Thanks! Fatface, Boden and White Stuff didn't occur to me. John Lewis has the same type of collar that he hates!

DH is also a very fussy shopper, but he found this Barbour jumper to be very warm and it has worn very well too.
