Stylish trolley/shopper for MIL, please?

My MIL has injured her (arthritic) knee, and has arthritis in her hands, so I'd really like to get her a wheeled "shopper" trolley for her birthday. She lives up a couple of flights of stairs, and the shopping must be heavy on her hands as well as her knees.

Can anyone recommend one which is stylish and robust?

I'm aware that shoppers are infra dig for many people below a certain age (my mother refuses to even discuss it, and thankfully is hale enough not to need one yet), which is why I'd like it to be "nice" enough for MIL not to feel ashamed of it!

Rolser! Have a google, I have a fold up one but you can get ones with four wheels which are very stable.

You can get ones that can pull up stairs, I will try and find one.

Shopper trolleys are very common for all ages on the "continent'.
