hi i have twin ds/dd aged 18m I buy a lot of dd's clothes from Monsoon, however never really found anything nice for ds in there. For winter however there is a lovely pair of jeans and a matching jumper. Just wondering what their sizing is like for boys. Do you think it comes up quite big?

not sure really- they seem to do big size brackets. ds has a t-shirt from there which is size 6-8. he got that for his 4th birthday and it fitted him then( he is v v tall) but it still fits him now at 5 and a half. Just bought some cords from there for ds2 for this winter- age 2-3 and they look like they will do this winter but not next.( he is 2) so i'm not much help am i? just realised how waffly this is.. sorry!

Ds is 5 but his 4-6 clothes are getting a bit small. Although I'm determined to keep him in the gorgeous winter coat I got him last year from there. Half of the justification was that it would last 2 winters!
I would definitely buy a larger size than normal - I find the sizing ungenerous on the girl's clothes too.

I wouldn't say the sizing is all that 'generous'. i.e., get clothes aged 2yrs for an 18 month boy if you want him to wear the things right now.

My firend bought me some lovely clothes for ds on the sales - they had 70% reductions! worth waiting for!
