I really want a tunic-style dress for Christmas parties and I can't find one - help me!

dress&Rf-200=9&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Coral This one is exactly what I want apart from the low back - I need to be able to wear a bra! I reckon it will suit my figure (I am quite tall, size 14 with a little tummy on me but a good pair of legs)

I want that shape, preferably with long sleeves...not fussed really about the fabric but budget-wise, definitely not more than £50.

Anyone fancy a challenge?

french connection do a nice classic shift/tunic dress they have it in every year, i bought m ine about 3 years ago and still love it, its more than £50 though

I love French Connection stuff and will be visting them on Saturday! A friend of mine bought a beautiful torquise tunic in the summer from FC - she has fabulous legs and boobs and looked absolutely stunning in it

I like that Moss, I am only 5ft though, what is the length like?

its a respectable length on me, I wore it to one of dh's xmas doo's and im 5'7 so most things seem pretty short on me cos i have longer legs and a short body

Mosschops I do like that dress but it is out of my price range

What do you think about this one? If I bought some brightly coloured and/or sparkly shoes, it wouldn't look so dull would it?

Ceebee - the black dress is lovely. You could accessorise with a brightly coloured bangle or necklace if you felt you needed colour.

Moss - I will look out for the dress on Saturday - need it to go to my knee or slightly above - don't want to look drowned.
