Laser Removal - Facial Thread Veins

Would like recommendations for the Midlands for removal of facial thread veins; red spider veins and any experiences good/bad generally with having these removed please.

My friend had thread veins lasered on her legs and she said it really hurt and blistered. I'm not sure I'd like that on my face!
