I did and forgot about it until another offer appeared through the letterbox today.
The dress I wanted was out of stock when I ordered and was supposed to be due in on 3rd Sept. I only ordered it because they had sent me a 50% discount code.
I phoned their customer services today, to be told that they had had a major IT problem with orders in August and a lot of them hadn't actually gone through the system! But she managed to see what I had ordered funnily enough! They have re-ordered it and its due in a week as it is out of stock (again!). But they have knocked the p & p off.
Will wait with baited breathe.
If anyone else has ordered and not received, phone them and see what happens....
