Please help me find brown biker boots

I've looked everywhere I can think of finally found these but they arrived today and they don't fit. I have a big clothes shopping trip planned for my birthday on Friday and was really looking forward to buying skinny jeans and dresses and leggings to go with my new boots. But I don't have the boots now :(

My criteria are:
-leather
-dark brown
-quite plain
-ankle height
-flat or flattish heel
-£150 max

Can anyone help, or recommend any lesser-known shops or websites I could try?

P.S. I posted this question before and don't mean to belittle the efforts of the lovely MNers who helped first time round.

Have just posted on your other thread but will see if I can find any more!

I found this plain pair at New Look.

These at Oli.

Rocket Dog at Office.

Another quite plain pair here.

Rocket Dog again.

My dads girlfriend had a nice pair on at the weekend, they werent leather though, looked really nice but i didn't get down for close inspection they were from wallis. Dont worry shes youngish and puts together a good outfit, quite often we have the same tops from new look.

FloraFinching · 29/09/2010 11:56

I've got these. Like most things on the M&S site they are much nice in the flesh. Very comfy for work.

Amanderrr · 29/09/2010 11:57

They come in brown too.

BusyMissIzzy · 29/09/2010 12:10

Thanks everyone. My internet is being very flaky today for some reason, so I'm having trouble opening the links. Will have a look as soon as I can. I appreciate your help :)

Timberland Not exactly biker boots but still very nice. There are a few others that I like on the main page too and have always found them really comfy.

Those Wallis ones are just what I've been looking for - BUT £55 for non-leather boots? I don't think so...

BusyMissIzzy · 02/10/2010 08:46

I got boots! In case anyone still cares Blush From Gap, they meet all my criteria exactly and were only £69. Hadn't seen them because they don't have shoes on their website.

Thanks everyone for your help :) Some nice boots on here, hope it's been useful to anyone else who's looking for something similar as well.

I liked to look of the Gap ones but didn't seem to have anything bigger than a 6 in the shops, and as you say, not available online...

virgo1979 · 02/10/2010 21:24

i was going to tell you about the gap ones too, i bought them when they had 30% off event but they didnt take it off leather goods :( but see am too late.

saintlydamemrsturnip · 02/10/2010 21:29

I bought a pair of boots from here last Monday. They'd arrived by Friday. Fit perfectly (be careful about sizing though as it's different in the States).

Even paying for postage ($20) and customs/duty (£20) the boots only came to £80 which I thought was a bargain. I will be using them again.

saintlydamemrsturnip · 02/10/2010 21:30

oh you got some :reminds self to read whole thread: they sound a bargain.

BusyMissIzzy · 02/10/2010 21:49

Lots of nice looking boots on that site mrsturnip, they look good quality for £80 too, definitely a bargain.

I sent back the first pair I'd bought today (the ones that didn't fit). Between buying a box and bubble wrap and the cost of postage it cost £15 :( That's the problem with buying shoes online I guess, although some places do free returns.
