Cant find a parka that isnt really tight on boobs or sacklike

Ive been looking for a military style parka for ages it seems and went on a final try every shop I can in 1 hour mission this afternoon. I intend to wear it on school run/weekends.

Two problems with them:

1. I look scruffy in them, how do others manage to not look quite so minging in them.
2. All have been tight on the boobs, or so long they feel like a sleeping bag on.

Im size 16, 5ft 6. Fed up. Wish Bravissimo did a parka, otherwise the hunt continues.

I bought this about three years ago and still have it/wear it. It's long, warm and flattering as you an cinch the waist in to give an empire line which is nice.

I get lots of compliments. This version is a different colour and slightly differetn fabric to mine.
