ugh, they're like little boy pants but with sequins

hahaha that gave me the best laugh I have had all day.

really you do have to wonder what they are thinking some days at m&s, or even if they are thinking at all!

my mil will wait till those are 75% off then buy them for me in a size 20 for christmas, along with a book of stamps and a used scented candle

i just bought 3 pairs. i intend to use them as my "period pants", just to bring a bit of fun into the dark days....

So can someone tell me where to buy some decent pants anyway? I used to love Gap ones, but they have gone a bit thin and weedy. Used to be bright colours, thick cotton, good stretch and had a little elastic waistband like jockey shorts,

ROFL - I'd want to wear them on the outside of my trousers though

With a top hat and a cane, they'd be fine.

BikeRunSki try Jack Wills. If I were computer literate I could give you a link, but they're cotton, bright coloured spots or stripes and have elastic "waist" bands (they're bikini style, so "hip" band might be more accurate). Tres comfy and £12.50 a pair.

The gold ones make me think of going to a fancy dress party as Wonderwoman, but I think hers were red - shame they don't do them in a range of colours!

But £12.50 pair! They are just like the Gap ones I used to love but ££££!

Yeah, but, BikeRunSki, I reckon they'll last. I bought a similar style in M&S (£4)about 6 months ago & the gussett's already coming acropper & I avoid tumble drying where possible.

Glad you liked the look of them at least.

I can see Pixie Lott or Lady Gaga sporting a pair of these.
