I'm 31, 5'4", 9st10lb (decreasing, hopefully). Would leggings=giving up?

I saw some leggings and was tempted. DH says I have good legs, and so I have a few short dresses, but am selfconscious wearing them because I'm still a bit maternally chubby, for me (used to never waver from just under 9 stone). Regular enough waxing is another thing that's gone by the wayside since having DS.

Should I just get more interesting opaques? Or get the leggings but call them footless tights?! I am kind of looking to be told to get a grip, but go easy please!

Surely you can see your legs just as clearly in tights as in leggings are there isn't much difference between leggings and thick tights in the first place! I think I'm not quite sure what you mean about leggings=giving up?

Wear them. With a tunic top you will feel great, and can ignore what is hiding in the middle.
