DS has only has his shoes about 2-3 weeks and the soles have slipped towards the toes (but can't pull them back without ripping them up) and there is about a cm at the heel of plastic or something underneath that looks like it's going to make his heel sore. Do all shoes do this, or shall I get a refund? £45 and only a few weeks in...
