High heels and a baby bump?

we are going to a party next week..and I have a lovely dress to wear, that definitly requires heels.
however, I am 29 weeks pregnant..
does it look silly to wear heels with a huge bump?
I can't help think it will just look odd

god, i fell over loads when i was pg as it totally f^&cked up my balance!
wouldn' have risked heels as well!

you're probably right..i havent fallen over, but didnt think how the heels might affect my spd.
ah well..i'll go for comfortable and flat..i have an excuse..hehe

no....wear them, but have a pedicure and be prepared to take them off if you feel uncomfortable...think high heels and pregnant is a fab look, but not at price of pain!

when i was 8 months pg i celebrated my birthday and had a party to go to. so i wore knee high boots....had a nice heel but also made me feel abit safer.

though there are lots of pretty flp-flops and flat sandals around at the mo that'll go with anything.
and i bet everyone will be commenting on your fresh blooming complexion that they wouldnt notice your feet!

i cant wear heels for longer than an hour not pg let alone pg!

I would honestly go for flat and comfort over look.... Went to DH's summer ball (30 weeks pg) in flat shoes - people where more interested in the bump!

hehe..very true..
it's jst that i've spent so much time lounging around the house in baggy clothes, i'd like to look super great for the occasion.
I might look for some wedges..i imagine they will be a bit easier..
and yes! flat shoes in a bag..good idea!
