Someone like Toast but not Toast?

I saw a beauooooootiful red coat and I thought it was Toast but I can't find it.

It's long, wool I think but possibly velvet, fitted in the body and swingy about the skirtage, single-breasted.

Any ideas?

I stupidly looked under "Coats and Jackets" you see. It would seem I should have looked under "new things".
