Tops to go with leggings which aren't quite dresses

Waffley thread title! I've ended up (quite happily I should add) with three tunics which are almost dress length - a Boden henley tunic from last year, a White Co knitted tunic - both sit just below mid-thigh and another tunic which is a little shorter. Because they look quite dress-like, they always feel really dressed up, Sunday best type of thing when I put them on with leggings and boots - and I feel like they look stupid with jeans. Can anyone point me in the direction of a shorter tunic which is bum-covering and I can wear with jeans & leggings for a more casual look?

Thanks

H&M are doing some nice jumpers and long tops at the moment. And they now have an online UK store.

Just posted this link on another thread (Two birds one stone Smile...they do quite a bit of tunic style things that would look good with leggings

I recently bought this:

www.monsoon.co.uk/everyday-tunics/milly-slash-neck-tunic/invt/73207503/&bklist=icat,5,shop,women,tunicandkaftan,everydaytunic

but it may be longer than you were after?

I've recently bought some nice long length cardies from Sainsburys which look nice with leggings and boots.

How about a tunic with short sleeves & a tshirt or long sleeved tee underneath?

Thanks for the links ... quite like this from Monsoon but again, it's maybe veering onto a dress.

I guess this Hush outfit is the casual look I'd like but without the legwarmers and uggs! And the jumper, whilst lovely, is outside of my budget. Also, is it a bit teenagery for a 42 year old????

Any other suggestions please?
