I wasnt able to get to a computer today so had to place an order over the phone. I was most annoyed, they wouldnt accept any of the codes and told me the best they could do was 10%!!

Spoil sports,......cancel it and re order tomorrow...

I would do but I really wanted the straight olive jeans for my holiday at the weekend. Im stuck at work and cant order over the internet, I would get sacked!!

I wouldn't use the £10 off £30 code at the moment. Boden are having some sort of blitz.

Now some woman from Boden Customer services has sent me a nasty email telling me off for using it and ordering me to only use codes from my catalogs or that have been sent me by mail in the future. The problem is that desp...ite asking for a catalog THREE times this autumn, I still haven't recieved one. The second problem is that I never get sent any good offers in the mail anyway. The third problem is that the last thing I ordered hasn't even arrived despite being mailed ages ago.

When it comes to offers or codes I must declare a "finders keepers" policy. I look, or google, find, and use. I suspect we all do. I do understand that Boden needs new customers. But by treating old customers this way you are also in danger of getting an ever larger group of ex-customers. Looking for bargains is the Internet way! Did you see that article in the newspapers yesterday that Boden is the only company to be thriving in the recession?

i used the £10 of £30 spend code several times last week, each time i placed an order it told me to spend another £30 to get another £10 off. i used it 4 times in one day, all my orders have arrived. Was tempted to order again today want the leather plimsoles.

Have used the XTHB code 5 times for things for DS and DD - got this code off Mumsnet. No email sent to me and all orders arrived. I will keep using it til it expires. Also used LNAR which gets 15% off (do your math before ordering ) and this came from Red Magazine. Boden should be glad that people are spending, with or without a code, in the current economic climate. I never get good codes with my catalogues - usually suggest I spend £150 to get 12% off - grr!

I have email today for Buy 4 items, get 4th item for £1, but don't know how to find the code, it just said click through the email???
