style advice for the fashion challenged please!!

Help! Have my brothers wedding in less than 6 wks - mid October. It's local church then golf club so not mega fancy but want to look nice. However, I am definitely style challenged and have no idea what to wear!!
I am an apple shaped size 26, with shoulder length mid brown hair and v pale skin. I would happily wear dress/trousers/heels etc but just don't know where to start.

So that's it, I'm begging, style me up oh mumsnet fashionistas

Dress wise, I think wrap dresses would be a good look for you as they give definition in the waist.

This would look good however, I am not sure if it is formal enough.

This would look lovely on you as the empire waist will skim over any tummy. You could accesorise this up if you are happy to wear maxi dress.

This would also look lovely and would be not too formal but not too informal.

R.e shoes, I would say high heels because they help with posture and how you hold yourself.

If you were to go for the last dress (which is my favourite) I would go for shoes like this which are on trend and would look great with thick black opaques.

If you were to go with the chocolate wrap dress then I would say if it is cold where nude fishnets and cream shoes

A jacket is a must in October so something like this would be nice.
