Help! I've bought a new dress - can anyone find some shoes to go with it?

This from Monsoon. I'm looking for some tan shoes to go with it, but can't find any. Any suggestions? I prefer a heel, but not too high, plus I'm hoping to wear this for work so they need to be smart/work-like.

Shameless bumping & a plea for help. I haven't worn a dress since I got married 8 years ago!

I think the Ted Baker ones are the nicest, plus they are slightly shorter than the LaRedoute ones (if height is a consideration).
