It's my brothers wedding on the 25th of this month and I need help to finish my outfit!
It's a pretty informal registry office wedding so no hats but I would quite like to get a fascinator.

I have a red bag and a red pashmina already so can use them but as I'm a 16/18 I would rather my arms be covered so any ideas welcome!
Also, what shoes would work best (2 young DSes so practical for running around) and what colour hair fascinator??
