I am going back to work in two weeks time.
my pre pregnancy trousers dont fit me yet (hopeful) and jeans are not allowed (but could get away with black jeans).
I (still) have a big belly + big bum and tights, size 14 or 16...and I don
t want to resort to oldladiesbigbumhighrisetrousers.
can you point me in the right direction?

This might fit into your old lady categorisation system but I have a fab pair of elasticated waist trousers for work Grin

They are very forgiving and if I wear a youthful top, I can almost forget I have old lady bottoms on!

Ooops they were from M&S, still a current stockline

What about those Ponte trousers? they're kind of fabricky, but thicker than jersery. They seem to be everywhere. M&S had loads when I was in there yesterday. I quite like them.

or these, also m&s, stretch jersey

I have the same problem mousy and I am currently living in a state of fear. I think I'll be wearing skirts until I've shifted a bit of weight as there doesn't seem to be anything that I would wear.

Usually River Island or Next do wide leg smart suit trousers that are very slimming because they drop straight from thigh to floor but I haven't seen any this year sob
