Clog Boots - what do you think of them?

Will they work with straight leg jeans as well as skinny? (I am thinking black martha jeans from topshop but are there any other straight leg jeans out there that might be better?) Would you were jeans over them i.e not tucked in or is that naff?

topshop I like these only they are a little bit pricey for me.

If you don't like please suggest some boots with a heel preferably ankle ones, but the heel must be easy to walk on/in? - stilettos are too hard to walk in for me.

I have the Topshop Apple clogboots and they're hard to walk in. I'm used to clogs but they're strange and need trying on. I'd also suggest wearing the jeans you're considering when you try them or take Marthas and shoes into fitting room. I haven't settled on how to wear mine yet so they've only had one outing.

I am looking for a wedge heeled boot. Like a lot i've seen but I need leather and they're all suede.

Cheers monkeysm. H&M have a leather (well it might not be real leather) wedge boot, I saw them online.

I like the idea of the fleece lining, I hadn't really considered how uncomfortable clog boots could be, silly me lol. I would prefer more height though, so maybe I will try some on and see if I can walk in them first...
