Can you get a spray tan on your body but not face?

I have chloasma on my forehead and have been advised not to use fake tan on my face. If I was to go for a spray tan, could I get them to do my body but not my face without there being an obvious join?! I have only had the sort of spray tan when you go in a booth and the machine does your whole body.

When I've had a Fake Bake spray with the beautician doing it with a spray gun she always asks if I want my face doing. I imagine this is normal for anyone doing it manually.
