Does anyone have a pair of these? And do you wear them or not?

no - but id bloody love some!

They can look a bit victimy if you're not careful, they need to be worn with conviction! They're a classic though. Would they fit in with your 'look' or can you afford to buy them and not really wear them?

Very soft delicate leather. If you stand in a puddle you're buggered.

I got a pair this summern after coveting for years. I saved up but still felt guilty at the extravagence! I wear them alot. I wear black or grey skinny jeans all the time so they go with my 'wardrobe'. I have had loads of compliments. Go for it! But only buy if you are going to wear them. I think suede is more feminine. I got black with beige leather straps. I know I'll wear them forever and I don't think they make you look like a victim at all so don't let that put you off

I've loved them for ages too. I would wear them - although perhaps not in the wet. I wonder if the leather versions are more robust than the suede.

They are a good investment I would say. Fashion is fickle but these a a classic style.

I've a pair of these that have been sitting in my wardrobe (I bought them cheaply on Vinted!) but have never quite had the conviction to wear them.... They are probably better with a skirt or cropped trousers as I now am wearing more 'comfy' boyfriend or mum jeans, rather than skinnies, or as they can be worn pushed down to the ankle, would they be OK with ankle-length jeans?
