How long does fake tan take to wear off?

I tried out some Johnsons fake tan on my legs 2 days ago and it has gone horribly streaky. Does it take a long time to wear off? I have some remover from St Tropez but it is not making much difference.

I have bought some Vita Liberata to try next but can't put it on top of this one :(

nikki if I was you, I'd put on another few layers each night for another 3 nights and then your legs will be fine. 1 layer is never enough; I use st trop mouse which is THE best tanning product but even using that, 1 layer is never good enough (though does not go streaky, the colour just isn't strong enough for that flawless finish)
