strapless dresses

I know I should avoid them for precisely the reasons below, but hear me out (and help me!).

I'm getting married in 5 weeks time when I will be 23 weeks pregnant (planned before I realised Baby B was en route!), and am having a few dress issues.

I had already bought this dress (non-maternity and strapless). Now I can just about do it up if I breathe in, but I doubt I'll be able to on the day, and already there is an unattractive stash of armpit tit, or whatever it's called (the backview is ok). If it does up, I could put a bolero-esque thing on top to hide this, I suppose - any recommendations for shawls/jackets and the like that would match? And what are the chances it will still fit? Dieting is obviously a no-no (shame Wink)

I just bought this second dress (maternity and strapless), and love it. It seems to fit everywhere apart from bust where it keeps slipping down. It's just about ok with a padded bra (and a sock wedged in each side!), but obvs I don't want to be popping out. I don't want to exchange for a smaller size, as I'll just have the same problem as above (I'm not going to get any smaller after all). Do you have any tips to make it stay up? Will a good bra do the trick? Can I really sew dress to bra? And am I likely to get much bustier between now and Week 23? (Please say yes!).

Thanks for letting me rant, and for any advice you can send my way!
