plain PJs for a 10 year old

DS got the better of me in John Lewis on Saturday by claiming he only wanted "plain" pyjamas - no pattern at all. He's 10. Everywhere we looked in town seemed to have stripes, dinosaurs etc. Gap didn't even HAVE pyjamas.

Anyone seen any completely plain pjs for purchase recently?

Says these are for a 10 yr old but not entirely sure.
Blimey - have been hcecking loads of sites for you and you're right - there's hardly any plain PJs.

I love the kimono ones (haven't shown them to him as he's busy writing his speech to try and get into Pupil Council).

Unfortunately short sleeves are out as his bedroom is kind of like a shoebox stuck on to the side of the house and is not the warmest. We just had double glazing put in however so hopefully it will be better come summer ...
