Moisturiser and foundation in one??

Do they work?? If so can anyone recommend one? Or are they a false economy?

I have slightly oily skin, light olive complexion, am late thirties.

TIA

I make my own with Olay beauty fluid and Max Factor foundation ... I really struggle to get a foundation which I can wear on its own and so I mix a blob of each together and it works really well :)

I am sure a proper beautiful person will come along and tell you what you need in a minute! :)

I can't use foundation regularly as my skin breaks out in spots, and tend to use a tinted moisturiser instead.

I love Boots botanics tinted moisturiser. The No7 one is quite good as well, but not one I personally can use regularly.

You don't get much in the way of coverage with a tinted moisturiser but I just wanted my skin colour evening out.

Bobbi Brown moisturising balm in a jar is good.
DH says i look greasy though

I use the Olay one (which is Olay + Max factor). Works well for me.

Habbibu - that's what I was thinking of getting. I'll give it a go, thanks!

I have used the no7 one in the past and it is good. Currently, I am using MAC tinted moisterisor and this is very good and a tiny bit goes a long way (I only used on cheeks though, not on forhead and not in chin)

I like the Lancome tinted moisturiser - I like the way it makes my skin look younger Grin

I've recently been using the lancome Hydrazen tinted moisturiser - am hugely impressed. Very light, easy to apply, good coverage on my combination skin, just gives me a nicely smooth look. If feeling particularly keen, I use a Benefit primer over it and then look lusciously radiant won't frighten small children.

The Olay total effects one is great and usually on offer somewhere.
