Reasonable but good make-up brushes needed

Ive just realised that Ive had my bronzer brush for 7 years!! I was wondering why it was malting.

I need a new set. The last lot was from the Body Shop, recommended by Marie Claire, years ago and they have been brilliant. Except Ive lost most of them now.

I really need some new ones. Where do you get yours from?

Im going to the States in 3 weeks, should I wait until then? (I dont think I can.)

Bobbi Brown brushes are absolutely lovely but are expensive. I think they are worth it though as they last for years (mine have, anyway!) BB do a great travel set, too.

I also had a Chanel set bought as a Christmas present about 5 years ago and they are still going strong (came in a lovely black wrap and they are beautiful brushes.)

If you can wait, hold out for cheaper Bobbi Brown/Chanel ones in the States.

I have to say though that the last time I bought BodyShop brushes they were good too, so you could stick with those if you want a more reasonable price.

I havehad a Body Shop blusher brush for years and it's good. Have you looked at Clinique.

Sonia Kashuk God, I'm so desperate for someone to try these, they're supposed to be good. Sephora always recommended too.

Other than that the body shop again (my local BS lady said the MAC girls send people to them when they balk(?) at the price of theirs.

You'd prob get MAC and BB cheaper in US. I'd wait and get something in the US.

Am sure you can get bobbi brown ones on ebay if you take a look.

My MAC ones are great.

Body shop ones are very soft, you can get them cheaper from ebay. Cant stand stiff scratchy brushes.

Body Shop have got %25 off online at the moment and they seem to range from£8-£14 so, about mid range? My last lot lasted me for years so I may buy four more.

Does anyone use a foundation brush? I dont think I would know what to do with one!

Vie at home (ex Virgin Vie) brushes are excellent. Can buy online.

Space NK dont have Sonia Kashuk on their website, do you think they have stopped selling? Im not surprised with that massive mark up!!

Yes, they've been gone for a while now.

I'm sure no one would/did buy them if they new the price in the UK they were a rip off over here!

Watching this with interest as could do with some new ones myself.
